Sterling Vintner's Collection Shiraz is a deep ruby plum hue, with concentrated aromas of raspberry, blueberry, dark chocolate covered cherries, smoked game with notes of bay laurel, vanilla and toasty oak. On the palate, velvet tannins support rich flavors of bramble fruit, including raspberries, with hints of tobacco and smoked bacon. The wine has with a lingering, round finish. Delicious with game meats, various pastas, hearty seafood preparations, and cheeses.
