For Caymus, the 1996 harvest produced grapes of ripe to very ripe condition. The resulting wine exhibits dark ruby color, moderate tannins and supple Cabernet flvors.This vintage of our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 87%, Cabernet Franc 6% and merlot 7%.
